If it has been more than 15 minutes and you have already tried relogging, please open a gray ticket on our Discord server. Be sure to have your transaction ID.
Can I get a refund?
Because all items on our store are intangible digital goods that are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
I typed the wrong username at checkout. What do I do?
Open a gray ticket on our Discord immediately with your transaction ID and the correct username so our staff can fix it for you.
What happens if I chargeback or dispute a payment?
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an automatic, permanent ban from our server. Please contact support if you have any issue.
